Jasmine Wilson is a home chef / baker, born and raised in the San Francisco, Bay Area, California. Her love and passion for cooking and baking has evolved over the last 15 years, and although her recent autoimmune disorders have caused her to change her diet and lifestyle, she has accepted and embraced the challenges, continuing to cook and bake whole, nutrient-dense paleo meals that actually taste good and are good for you.
